Jack Younger (Owner, RMT)
In 1987 Jack graduated from University with an undergraduate degree in Engineering, he subsequently continued his education and graduated with exceptional distinction from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy. He has both studied and taught numerous postgraduate courses, including Advanced A.R.T. Myofascial Release and all levels of Lymphatic Drainage Protocols.
In his 21 years of clinical, orthopaedic and sports injury rehab, Jack has consistently achieved favourable and timely outcomes, whilst educating and correcting maligned soft tissue and structural imbalances to maintain maximum function with minimal reoccurrence.
A long time ago in a land far far away (Europe), Jack was involved in Football at an elite level (Soccer to Canadians). At a very tender age he sustained a career ending injury resulting in a partial knee replacement. The impact on Jack spawned a passion for sports related rehabilitation, culminating in his work with numerous athletes and teams in a wide variety of sport settings.
Jack sincerely appreciates all the loyalty and trust his clients have demonstrated in the past and is extremely excited to continue his efforts in such a well-rounded and dynamic setting.
Marwa Mourelas (RMT)
Marwa has been a Registered Massage Therapist for 12 years. She graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
Marwa was diagnosed with Scoliosis as an early teen and had extensive surgery. She has had several diverse treatments over the years and Massage Therapy treatment is what helps her achieve minimal pain and an active lifestyle.
Over the years, Marwa has developed experience in treating orthopaedic, post-surgery, sports injury and cancer patients. Her work goes beyond traditional and includes pregnancy massage, infant massage, visceral manipulation and TMJ dysfunction.
Marwa incorporates her personal rehabilitation experience and extensive knowledge into successfully treating her patients. She has a background in teaching and supervising at CCMH. Marwa was also an investigator for the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
Marwa enjoys Yoga, nutrition and being in shape as it helps her overall health. She has excellent customer service, delivers results and promotes optimal health for her clients. Marwa is bilingual and very excited to be part of our team!
